Iron on Iron (IOI)

Iron on Iron is a collaborative diagnostic process that assesses the spiritual health of a ministry. It can be use with individual groups or churches and/or an entire networks.
IOI is most useful when it is done with 2-4 people from different ministries. The representatives from each ministry look at objective indicators following Jesus’ strategy for ministry and ask questions and give feedback. These sessions are not meant to inflate or make one feel inferior. They are meant to instruct and inspire. The process usually takes between 40 minutes to 2 hours depending on the size of the ministry.
IOI uses this simple format;
